How fast will my order ship?

Transfer-only orders ship within 24 business hours. Orders placed before 10:00 AM CST on a business day ship the same day. Blank-only orders ship within 5–7 business days. Orders that combine blanks and transfers follow the current blank turnaround time. Weekends and holidays are not business days.

What are DTF, UV-DTF, and Sublimation transfers?

• DTF (Direct to Film): Full-color, cold-peel transfers that press onto cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, treated leather, and more — light or dark fabrics, with no weeding.
• UV-DTF: Durable transfers for hard surfaces like tumblers, glass, and acrylic. No heat required — they're applied by hand.
• Sublimation: Wide-format transfers for polyester and poly-coated / sublimation-ready surfaces, producing vibrant, permanent prints.

How should I set up my artwork for a gang sheet?

• Use 300 DPI images for the best print quality.
• Files print in CMYK; RGB files are converted automatically.
• Do not mirror your artwork — our system mirrors it for you.
• Size your artwork to match what you ordered. We print files as-is.
• We do not offer artwork/design services or edit, crop, or color-correct files.
• By uploading, you confirm you own the rights to the design.

Can I use a discount code on a custom gang sheet?

No — discounts cannot be applied to custom print listings. Custom orders with a discount applied will not go into production.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. Pickup is available 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday at our Mesquite, TX location.

What is your return policy?

Custom orders are non-returnable unless the item was damaged in shipping. To request a remake for damage, email photos of the invoice, the damaged box, and the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. Gift cards, sale items, and grab bags are final sale.

Can I cancel an order?

Cancellations before laser cutting begins are subject to a 20% fee within 24 hours, or 50% between 24–48 hours. Orders already in production cannot be cancelled.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipments may incur duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.
