By placing an order, you agree to Blended Customs' refund, shipping, and cancellation policies.
Refund and Return Policy
At Blended Customs, we take pride in the quality of our products and services. Please review our refund and return policies carefully:

Custom Orders:
There are no returns on custom orders unless the item was damaged during shipping. To process a remake due to damage, you must provide the following within 48 hours of delivery:-
A photo of the invoice included in the package

A photo of the damaged shipping box

A photo of the damaged product
Email all required documentation to orders@blendedcustoms.com.

Color Disclaimer:
All computer screens display colors differently. Slight color variations may occur. Item descriptions will clearly detail the final finish and material (wooden, acrylic, sublimation blanks) along with any available finishing options. -

All sales on these items are final.

Refunds:
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item in original condition.
Shipping Policy

Returns and Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, it will exclude the original shipping cost. -
Address Accuracy:
Please verify that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a separate invoice for reshipping will be sent. Your order will be resent upon payment. -
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:
Blended Customs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered or those lost, damaged, or stolen during transit.
If an issue arises:-
Contact us immediately.

We will work with UPS or USPS to investigate.

Do not file a claim yourself — we must file claims as the shipper.

All issues must be reported to sales@blendedcustoms.com within 48 hours of receipt, with a photo of the invoice included in your package.

International Orders:
International shipments may incur additional fees (duties, taxes) which are the customer’s responsibility.
Returned international orders will be subject to a restocking fee and will have shipping and applicable fees deducted from any refund.
Cancellation and Restocking Fee Policy

Orders Cancelled Within 24 Hours:
If canceled within 24 hours of placement (and before laser cutting begins), a 20% cancellation/restocking fee will apply based on the total order amount. -
Orders Cancelled Between 24–48 Hours:
If canceled between 24–48 hours after placement (and before laser cutting begins), a 50% cancellation/restocking fee will apply based on the total order amount. -
Orders Already in Production:
Orders that have entered production (laser cutting or customization) are no longer eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
