Heat Press Instructions: We have found the below settings to yield the best results. All results may vary based on your particular press. Always test your own equipment to confirm best results.Unisub® Blanks:Medium Pressure, 400°F, 60 secondsUnisub® Sublimation Acrylic: Firm Pressure, 375°F, 60 seconds

White Acrylic: Light Pressure, 400°F, 120 seconds
